With a tenure spanning now over four decades, Kevin Tracy has been a linchpin at Southeastern Glass Co. since 1986.  A lifelong resident of Southeastern Ohio, Kevin developed a passion for working on automobiles in his teen years, developing a mechanical aptitude that has translated into attention to detail in the auto glass industry.  Outside of the shop, Kevin is a dedicated local history enthusiast.  He is an avid collector of memorabilia related to the USS Shenandoah, often spending his time researching and preserving the history of the famed airship.  Kevin combines this passion for history and detail with a commitment to serving his local community.

Customer Service Representative/Receptionist

Since joining the Southeastern Glass Co. team in 2009, Karla has served as an integral part of customer support and is one of the first points of contact for customers.  With a career spanning over a decade, she takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that scheduling appointments that are accommodating for our customers.  Raised in Southeastern Ohio, Karla brings a warm, personal touch to her work, valuing the deep community connections that define the area.  She treats every customer with the care of a neighbor, combining professional treatment with genuine dedication. When she is not working, she treasures spending time with her grandchildren.  She also enjoys going to flea markets, Amish country, and traveling.

Master Glass Technician & Recalibrations

Keith joined the Southeastern Glass Co. team in July 2018, specializing in auto glass installation and recalibration services.  Keith takes great pride in delivering quality work and making sure every job is completed safely and efficiently.  Outside of work, Keith enjoys spending time with his family, following baseball, and caring for his aquariums.  His hobbies reflect his  patience, attention to detail, and dedication both on and off the job.

Customer Service Representative/Secretary

Michele has been at Southeastern Glass Co. since February 2025. She  enjoys meeting and talking with new people.  You could say Michele has the gift of gab.  She entered the workforce as a cook and a waitress, but has been in the automotive industry working in body shops and auto parts for 7 years before joining the Southeastern Glass Co. team.  A bit of a tom boy away from work, Michele enjoys working on her little farm, gardening, canning, and hanging out with family and friends.

Master Glass Technician Installer

With an autoglass career spanning over 25 years Tim may be best defined as maintaining a meticulous attention to detail work ethic. To Tim it's always been more than a job, it has been a career choice. That dedication to excellence is not just a goal, it is his second nature.  It is that dedication that has led to remaining relevant in the ever-changing landscape of the auto glass replacement industry. Away from work, Tim enjoys time with his wife Ashley and sons Jasper and Gus and maintaining the family home.

Certified Auto Glass Technician & Recalibrations

Brandon has been proudly employed at Southeastern Glass Co. since May 2022.  A graduate of University of Northern Ohio, Brandon brings knowledge, experience and mechanical ability to the Southeastern Glass Co. team.  His commitment to excellence and attention to detail is evident in the workplace.   Brandon's dedication to work is only surpassed by his commitment to family.  As husband and father, he is happiest spending time at home, working hard and staying busy.

Auto Glass Technician and Recalibrations

Jared has been with Southeastern Glass Co. since February 2024.  He is from Sarahsville, Ohio and now lives in Cambridge, Ohio with his wife Amanda and their dog Gus.  Jared's role at Southeastern Glass Co. is auto glass replacement and recalibration technician. He has a great eye for detail and knows no stranger when it comes to customer service.  Jared enjoys everything about music including playing drums and cooking great food with his wife.  He also loves watching sitcoms.
